G.B.I Transport has it’s offices at the Leerlooierstraat 52 in Hoogvliet, The Netherlands. The company originally stems from the split of C.P.I. Transport and since its foundation in 2006 it operates as an independent all-round transport company, with owner Gerard Beavers at the helm. G.B.I. Transport is known for its great flexibility, high service level, market knowledge and competitive pricing.

More than 19 years of experience in the transport sector has contributed to a strong name with clients for whom G.B.I. Transport equals quality, reliability and a solution-oriented approach. We use an informal form of communication with our customers and thus ensure good relationships and clear agreements.

Our services

Thanks to our many contacts we are able to offer you a wide range of services, from container transport to warehousing and from gas measurements to the preparation of export documents. G.B.I. Transport also offers container storage, so you can save on hefty demurrage costs at terminals. In addition, we can also arrange FCL loads and partial loads, through our global network of agents and contacts.

  • Container transport to and from major ports, such as Rotterdam, Antwerp, Bremen and Hamburg.
  • Side loaders for independently picking up and dropping sea containers.
  • We can tilt-drop and pick up 20Ft and 40Ft containers.
  • Loading and unloading of temperature controlled containers, using gen set equipment.
  • Unloading of tank containers, with or without their own hoses, couplings and using compressors if needed.
  • Gas measurements and fumigation in Rotterdam and gas measurements on location.
  • Drawing up export documents and clearance of goods.
  • Warehousing for storage and transfer of customs status.

Our method

Thanks to the direct and personal contact we have your wishes quickly identified. For export orders, you will receive an email with all the details, such as the number of packages, the nature of the goods, the weight and seal number. After execution of an order, you’ll find our invoice in your email within a day, saving you the trouble of gathering stacks of files, waiting for completion. Invoices can also be sent by post, but in these digital times, this becomes a rarity. Email, after all, is cheaper and much more reliable.

We deploy our own trucks and use charters, who work for us on a long-term daily bases. We have long-term partnerships with reliable carriers, so we can guarantee maximum quality for every job and a competitive rate.
